4 Account Security

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing, the total wager requirement to be met is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
6.2 Other Promotions
- Weekly Reload Reward: 20% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, wager 15 times, minimum deposit ৳200
- mcw application Slots Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wager 20 times, slots games only
- Friday Cricket Charge: 30% of deposit, up to ৳4,000, wager 12 times, cricket or sports section only
- Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳1,500, wager 10 times, once per year
- Friend Referral: up to ৳2,000, wager 8 times, per successful referral
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately
- Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wager requirement is met
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
- If bonus misuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed

7 Game Rules and Results
Each game or betting market has its own specific rules. The platform's decision on results is considered final unless a technical error is proven.
7.1 Sports Betting
- If a match is cancelled after a bet has been placed, the stake for that bet will be refunded
- Bets placed at incorrect odds may be cancelled
- In-play bet odds change based on live updates
- Results of abandoned or incomplete events will be settled in accordance with international rules
7.2 Casino and Slots
- All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG)
- If the internet connection drops during a game, the result will be applied after the round is completed

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcw application and any such activity, once identified, will result in the account being closed:

- Attempting to crack or hack the platform's systems

Consequences: For any of the prohibited activities listed above, the account may be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be informed if necessary.
